I deeply aspire to transform myself in both mind and body, using scientific data as the basis for improvements. this apotheosis involves both novel and typical interventions – attempting to break through any limitations.
My mission is to inspire people to take the reins of their life through diet, philosophy, individualization, and learning how to saddle the tiger.
I enjoy writing, reading, training (rock climbing, barefoot running, mma skill work, weightlifting and slacklining), honing my knowledge base, and constantly searching for more ways to improve myself through literature and scientific inquiry. more about me here
